Our Easy Ordering Process
Selecting the right window coverings to suit your needs and meet your budget may seem daunting. Have no fear, our streamlined process will provide you with the information you need to feel confident in your decision.
Complimentary In-Home Measurement & Design Consultation
We start with an In- Home site visit, an integral first step in designing a space that you love. During this visit we will take professional measurements and discuss different options and material selections for each window you would like to cover. Contact us to book a time for a brief visit to assess your individual needs and expectations.
* A quick note on COVID-19: The health and safety of our clients and our community is extremely important. We require face coverings for both staff and clients. Materials are sanitized before and after each visit.
*Virtual consults may also be arranged.
Quote Submission
You will receive a personalize quote to break down pricing for each window. This quote and will clearly show which materials and lift systems you've chosen. Unsure of exactly what you want? Quotes can easily be adapted to show pricing for different scenarios.
Final Selection & Order Placement
Once your quote is finalized and you feel confident in your selections, your order will be submitted for production. We require a 50% deposit in order to submit the order. It is important to note that since all products are custom-made, NO refunds or cancellations are offered after an order is submitted. Generally products are delivered within 10-14 days, however we occasionally experience shipping delays as a result of COVID-19.
*Occasionally a follow up visit is required prior to order placement.
INSTALLATION
As soon as your custom blinds or shades arrive, we will contact you to arrange installation. Installation times vary depending on the size of the project and your selected operating system. It is at each customer's discretion to decide if they would like to be on-site during install. You will receive product cleaning and warranty information at installation. The remaining invoice balance is due at time of install.
